I was born in beautiful Puerto Rico and made San Francisco my home in the early 90's. I received a bachelors degree in humanities in 1996 and a masters in psychology from New College of California,in the heart of San Francisco, in 2000. Being a psychotherapist was never a part of my life design as I was growing up. Instead it evolved from my own life experiences that caused emotional pain, confusion and distortions in the ways I related to myself and the world around me.

After many years of self exploration and with the help of professional psychotherapy, determination and compassion many roads of possibilities were suddenly available to me.

As a psychotherapist and sex therapist I belief that healing is possible for everyone regardless of class, culture, gender identity or sexuality. I provide Sex-Positive Therapy to help clients understand the significance and importance of sex i their lives and to promote access to their sexual goals in a non-judgmental environment.

My therapy style is eclectic. Primarily I approach treatment from a client centered perspective, however I don't adhere to only one theoretical orientation of psychotherapy. I believe our experiences in life are complex and the path to healing may require using different approaches and philosphies.

Soy natal de Puerto Rico y dede los anos 90 hice San Francisco mi hogar.Complete mi bacillerato en Humanidades en el 1996 y un grado de maestria en psicologia en el 2000 en New College of California, en el corazon de San Francisco. en mi ninez y adolesencia nunca pense que iba a ser un psicoterapeuta. Mi interes nacio a raiz de experiencias emocionalmente dolorosas que causaron confusion y distorciones en mi modo de relacionarme con otros.

Atraves de psicoterapia, determinacion, y compassion muchas possibilidades se abrieron para mi.

Mi pasion por la psicoterapia esta fundada en mi conviccion que el sanar las heridas emocionales del pasado es possible sin importar clase, cultura o sexualidad.

Mi estilo de terapia es eclectico. Principlamente esta enfocada en la perspectiva central de cliente, y tambien uso otras teorias de psicoterapia. Nuestras experiencias son complejas y el camino a la sanacion requiere flexibilidad en nuestra vision del futuro.
